Purchase and Health Agreement / Guarantee
This document hereby serves as the Purchase Agreement governing the sale of a purebred Boxer or American Bulldog with or without registration from Cheryl Galloway at 3249 E. Milton Rd. Tucson, Az. 85706 to the parties below, with all parties agreeing with the terms by reading and signing this agreement.

1. The purchase price is $_____________, with the method of payment being cash, money order, or (check for the deposit only) of $________.
ONLY Cash or Bank Transfer will be excepted unless balance is paid 10 days prior to pick up,
to have time for funds to clear the bank.
2. Puppies are sold in order of when deposits are received, this is a Non-refundable, but is a transferable deposit. Person to person, pup to pup, litter to litter. I won't hold a pup without
a deposit.
3. At about 3 days old the pups get their tails & dew claws removed (Boxers Only) If you want tails natural, boxer pups will have to paid in full before the vet appointment, American Bulldogs if
you want tails docked there is a $150.00 extra charge due before vet appointment. On the day of appointment, I have the pups available for viewing in town by Tucson Airport. At this time,
most if not all the pups have been sold, but if there are some that are available, you can switch
pups, or get a playmate!
4. About 3 & 5 weeks we have visitations so watch the website! I will also text you.
5. Your pup comes with 3 puppy shots, 2 worming’s and is microchipped to ensure your pup gets off
to a great start. Pups endure a lot of stress in the transition and may get soft stools that may
have blood droplets at the end, this is normal when stressed out, but should clear up in a couple
days, as the pups gets comfortable with its new surroundings and routine. Some pups transition
well, and some don’t. You can add a little pumpkin to their food and can add probiotics also.
If stool gets watery, stops eating or throwing up, take immediately to the vet. Please DO NOT
TAKE THE PUP OUT until it has had 3 more shots and Rabies at 16 weeks. Stay at home leash
train, sit, stay, come commands in your back yard. Please do not change food or give treats for
30 days and then add gradually the pup’s stomachs are very sensitive.
6. Puppies are picked up on the weekend after they turn 7 weeks.
7. If you need to leave a pup past the pickup date, there is a $40.00 charge per week for shots if
needed food and board. I will post pictures on the website at least 2 times and send you
pictures and videos throughout the 7 weeks.
8. Your puppy is sold with a guarantee ensuring good health. If your vet finds a life- threatening
genetic health issue within 6 months of purchase, you must notify me immediately, and your
vet should notify my vet of their findings. If the issue is from a life-threatening genetic health
issue, a refund for the (purchase price only) will be given within 30 days, or you can pick
another pup when available. It will be decided what is best for the dog at that time. If not notified about any problems before 6 months, it shall be understood by all parties that your puppy
sound and healthy animal as described making the sale final.
9. We do not guarantee against parasites, parvo virus, valley fever, allergies or any disease or issues
caused by neglect or abuse of not continuing to vaccinate properly or improper care of the animal.
During the 7-8 weeks prior to pick up you had at least 2-3 chances to visit and interact with your
puppy and be aware of its temperament. Any time prior to pick up you can trade your pup or
wait for another litter. We cannot guarantee the temperament or hyper-ness of any pup, every
household has a different level of hectic.
